I have 2 of AD's pancake holsters, one for a government 1911 and one for an Ed Brown EVO-9. A rough side out with giraffe and russet with ostrich leg. Perfect fit and finish, beautiful holsters.
I will start with saying that I was impressed with the quality and construction of these holsters. When I sent over the requests for what I wanted, he made sure to follow up and make sure everything coincided with what I wanted and caught a mistake that I had made during the ordering process. Like all leather boots and gloves I'm sure the break-in time will be similar, but you can tell that these will last for years to come. I just had my holster and belt made by Angry Dick and let me tell you the quality falls nothing short of the best hand work I have ever seen. The leather is thick and durable while also being soft and comfortable to wear. The holster fits my gun (VP9 Match) nice and snug but pulling the gun is not an issue either.
